Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • We ship to Australia (Domestic)  and Worldwide.

  • We offer standard, express, and free shipping options.

  • All parcels have a tracking number that can be traced through your national postal provider. 


Order Processing Time:

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Domestic Shipping (Australia): 

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: 5 AUD 

  • Delivery Time: 2-  6 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping:

  • Cost: 10 AUD 

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over 75 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. 

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

 

International Shipping: 

Standard International Shipping:

  • Cost: 20 AUD

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Express International Shipping:

  • Cost: 50 AUD

  • Delivery Time: 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping:

  • Orders over 250 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Delivery Time: 15-30 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Customs & Duties:

  • International orders may incur customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Australia

  • Express: 1 to 3 business days

  • Standard: 2 to 6 business days

  • Free: 3 to 7 business days

International

  • Standard: 7 to 21 business days

  • Free: 15 to 30 business days

Also bear in mind, that the delivery times stated above are subject to circumstances out of our control such as;

## NOTE: Please consider these factors when selecting your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Tracking updates can be viewed on the Carrier’s Website (See the carriers listed above).

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

 

Damages or Missing Items:

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us at inquiries@hitnitt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Returns and Refunds:
