decent belt for heavy lifting. slightly tight may be its still new but i find it slightly expensive. apart from that pretty satisfied.

This thing is cool in so many ways. I use this when I'm at the gym 3 times a week. I mainly use it for back support for various exercises. Even when I'm not lifting heavy I still use it. This belt was easy to assemble and easy to use. I should of purchased one along time ago.
